Robyn, you are the best!! I have been searching the internet for a playbook/course on how to set up these automations, which ones are needed for my type of business and how to make them work harmoniously with each other (my abandoned product, cart, checkout automations are a mess - sending similar messages to customers). Looks like I found it! Even the Omnisend "Academy" doesn't really have good thorough comprehensive instructions. They should hire you!! Thank you so much!!
