This is a wonderful gift to us all! I adore your other melancholy rain playlist and this one is a worthy successor. I'm also really glad to see a Signalis track in here! That game has a beautifully haunting soundtrack and I think some of the songs fit these more lowkey playlists perfectly. Thank you for another great playlist! At what point is an indie game no longer indie?

In general an indie game is a game produced by an individual person or studio without any financial or technical help from a larger game publisher. For example, Minecraft used to be an indie game until Mojang was acquired by Microsoft. Now for a more vague example: Ori 1 too started off as an indie project by Moon Studios but the Ori IP (not Moon Studios itself) was acquired after a year of development by Microsoft. So even though Moon Studios just continued making the game independently, the project was backed financially by Microsoft. Still, many people consider Ori 1 & 2 as indie games, but because of all the vagueness I decided to not include the series in the mix!
