As a huge fan of both franchises, I believe that Ben would win against Vader if Ben continues to overwhelm him, lets say Ditto or Echo Echo, Goop and XLR8 would also be able to hit Vader unexpectedly.. Despite Vader being really powerful in many more ways than 1, Ben has limitless possible aliens that can take out Vader with ease

Vader logically doesn't stand a chance. Even if we ignore Alien X, Ben has access to multiple electrical aliens that could shut down his life support suit, and potentially XLR8 could be fast enough to break it before Vader can respond too. Might even be able to use Bigchill to freeze him/it from the inside. Point being, Ben has a number of ways he can win this, yet if Vader tries to land a killing blow on Ben, the omnitrix will put an alien in play that'll keep him alive.

I’d like to add more onto the speed aspect. Ben would be way too fast for him to counter with the force. Force sensitive people are said to not be able to stop incredibly fast moving objects such as bullets (don’t quote me on this). Ben is literally faster than the speed of light as XLR8, Fasttrack or Jetray. Vader ain’t touching Ben. Even if Vader does stop Ben with the force from transforming, his failsafes will just transform him anyways, so Vader is basically dead. He couldn’t even force choke Ben if he wanted to since Ben probably has aliens that don’t even need to breathe like Ghostfreak maybe idk.

Okay, I never knew that the Omnitrix had a voice activation system. As for who would win in a battle against Ben 10 vs Darth Vader I personally would say it would be Ben's victory but the battle itself would be tough one that would make the Omnitrix welder wish he was facing either Kevin (before he went straght), the Highbreed invasion force, or Vilgax again so he'll need to take this battle very seriously or the battle may end in Vader force choking him out and taking him back to his master as a victory or worse it may end in a victory with him a limb if Vader enters his rage mode. There's also the fact of Vader getting away win or lose resulting in Ben being left quite paranoid for the unseeable future afterwards leading him down the path of the Dark Side anyway fearing the return of the Sith Lord that used to be Anakin Skywalker returning to Earth with his personal star destroyer either doing the following... - Forcing Earth into a surrender and making them do the work of finding Ben's location for him. - Sending a detachment of storm troopers to keep him busy until a detachment of black armored stormtroopers or a certain bountry hunter to finish targeting those he holds dear to him in his town of Bellwood for capture to force him into rethinking his choices with Gwen and his girlfriend being first of many lives to make him see his point of view. - orbital bombardment on his town. The result at the end said scenarios would teach Ben loss and fear as retalitation for his refusal which may result him in doing something foolish in return. (Note: Even if his hometown of Bellwood is under Plumbers protection and servaiance they would learn how a Sith lord has a nasty habit of being bitter about losing.) Sorry if it's TLTR but this is quite the interesting battle scenario for Ben Tennyson that may leave him taking his battle more seriously afterward.
