Their parents come home from work... It's dark. It's quiet. Of course, it is. Mari and Sunny have their recital today. They would just have to freshen up and... What's that smell? They flick on the lights. From the door, a ladder of dark red, oozing from the railings and the steps. At the bottom, two mangled children with their joints twisted at bizarre angles - both with fixed expressions of horror, never to change again. The father suspects foul play. He silently stalks every room, every closet. Nothing. The windows are intact and the doors are closed. He sees the open piano and the wreck of a violin. Meanwhile, the mother silently stares at the wreckage. Everything was so happy a month, a week, and a day ago. Had everything just evaded her motherly eye? They panic. What would the town say about them? What would the town think happened to their kids? What would their children's friends think about them? They sell off everything except the house. Everything else they gave away to the charity or threw away. But even the house remembers their laughter and their tears. Both would land in White Spaces of their own. The father who feared he pushed his daughter too far. The snake of expectation coils around his lifeless body. The mother who failed to notice her son's empty eyes. The once wise owl, now having broken its neck trying to see behind it. Some worried neighbors might come by to express their condolences and to drop care packages, but eventually they stop coming. The parents bring their children back into their houses. The shopkeepers turn their backs on them. All of them assuming the worst. Eventually, it would all break apart. Their family - Shattered. Their children - Buried. Their love - Unreturned. Their lives - Ruined. But no one stays in a pit of disgust for long. They move to Farfaraway Town to flee the terror, but even there, the rumors would reach even the ears of this dreary neighborhood. They keep running. Eventually, they would reach Nowhere. Something still haunts their every waking moment and every dream. Their eyes, baggy from fighting the remorse, give up their light. It would just be the two of them, left wondering when it all went wrong.

I got a idea for something like this but you would play as basil You (basil) decide not to interrupt the practice and go home. the next morning you see both Mari and sunny on the floor, sunny was breathing with possibly fatal injuries, the way it happened was sunny saw Mari falling and would try to catch her, he did so but that pulled him down. Sunny stays alive long enough to make a like diary putting in what happened in case he did not live he wanted to maybe have them know what happened in the future. Basil also visits often and you see him writing in a diary. You decide to not interrupt so you leave. after a bit sunny dies but of suicide because it all was coming to him. Sunny had hidden the key inside an unused box. Basil (you once again) Grows distant of the group growing depression as he felt he could had stopped it. Kel tries to keep happy and to help everyone out of their despair , he manages to get the group together though you are a bit hesitant. you all decide to have a sleepover. At night you see Aubrey is considering suicide and you decide to stop her, Aubrey in the fight grabs a pair of shears inside your room and stabs your arm, your bleeding out and the others come in after hearing "OH GOD" from basils room to find you bleeding and Aubrey looking shocked, you wake up in the same room sunny used to be in. This would be the truth sequence where you find the key and the diary. you read it and you know the truth now. Basil shows everyone, Kel and Hero saying they had seen Sunny with that book, writing. and it would be called : Hope Lost
