OMORI - OMORI [8-Bit; VRC6] (Spoilers!)

An 8-Bit remix of OMORI (the song) from OMORI (the game) using the VRC6 sound chip.
Art and remix by me.
OMORI, its characters, and its original art by OMOCAT.
OMORI (the song) composed by Pedro Silva.
There's also a bit of the Face Shrine Theme from "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening" sprinkled in there, since I thought the remake version and "OMORI" sounded similar. "Face Shrine" was composed by Kozue Ishikawa & Minako Hamano.
Once again, I didn't make all the art completely faithful to the NES because I'm lazy. However, I did try to make the battle UI as close to Mother 1/Earthbound Beginnings as possible, since OMORI draws many inspirations from Earthbound. The overworld sprites are also based on Mother 1 (specifically, Ninten).
Is it bad that I keep pronouncing Silva's name as "Siiva" in my head due to Siivagunner?

Gotta say this; I absolutely love the wavering effect on the main notes. It's present in the original, but here you can hear the uncertainty in the longer-held out notes even more. Love the remix!

Wow. Just, wow. I reallllly love how you translated this song. It opens with raw emotion and then it builds up, and up, and up, until finally that stress inducing distortion hits. The added backing melody that comes in later on also is a cool addition that makes this version of the song unique. Wonderful job. This song is really hard to make good remixes of due to its sole reliance on violins but you still managed to get the raw feelings of it through without them.
