You can tell that the Judge is so annoyed. The defence team are abusing court process by bringing in application after application to prevent witnesses from testifying. As if that is not enough they have also applied to have records of all witnesses to be removed from the court before the trial Judge. Simply put they do not want any victim to testify against this man, they are the ones doing the "deliberate delay". The state prosecutor, on the other hand, has not put any application disallowing further delays to the trial. All the witnesses could have finished testifying in 2018. So whose fault is this?
