Most comments here on reveal that most people here have little or no exposure to law studies. The lawyer here is rightly applying the knowledge and experience he got from studying and practicing law.
@superstarmason6 жыл бұрын
That is agreed, but we are free to criticize even the law matey. The law is not our God, we know what is right and wrong. A false perception of "knowing and practicing the law'' means not that one is higher in supremacy. What happened to equality? What happened to justice? What happened to humanity? We do not praise the law in any form or manner, we would rather break it in order to achieve our desired rightful ends.

This lawyer earned my respect today, I like a lawyer who's not afraid to call the judge to order , it becomes dangerous when a judge choses sides even before hearing the whole evidence , a judge who stands up and takes he's gown off and wishing the victim luck in her exams has already taken sides and concluded the accused is guilty, that shows he's biased and unfit for this case, judges needs to allow the trial process to run accordingly and not be in a hurry to sentence the accused or get emotional, even though he thinks the accused is guilty, but let the lawyers do their job and bring their cases forward, but in this case the judge has already drawn he's conclusion in hes mind, so I think he's unfit for this case moving forward, imo.

Judge should have ruled that anything discussed out of court is sub judice and media should have been prevented from sensationalizing court proceedings,also to show fairness he should have directed that all sides be protected by security forces on the presumption of an accused person being innocent...until found guilty. If he rules at the end of trial, by any chance that omotoso is innocent on the basis of the facts before the court then the judge would also be in danger of public lynching.

If care is not taking Omotosho will win this case. Instead of thinking of how to get a better prosecuting/state lawyer and Judge you’re all here saying rubbish..The defense lawyer is vastly experienced than both the prosecutor and judge combined.
