I was in 15 SAI in Thohoyandou Venda when I was watching these bail proceedings....Judge PHS Zilwa showed his mettle there and proper comprehension of the law...Adv T Price SC (May His Soul RIP) tried his best but Zilwa J was just wide awake...and I think same or previous week the PTA Magistrate Court had given Shepered Bushiri and he immediately skipped the country...Note made on Thursday 8/2/2024
