A free plane...and a box saved from a landfill. Excellent work Andrew! Perhaps slice along the tail section leading edges and tape them closed. I can't imagine how much leading edge turbulence is created by those corrugated flat sections.

That certainly was a serious cardboard box mate. Actually the toy twin motor F-22 that we got from Ali recently also arrived double-packed with an outer box of triple wall/double corrugations cardboard. Quite a surprise after the usual Banggood garbage bag! Have to find something to do with it.

I think this worked very well for having so many reasons to not work well. Maybe it will do even better after strengthtening the fuselage. A horizontal piece of cardboard glued on top or the bottom of the fuselage could be enough I imagine. Eagerly waiting to see what you will come up with

Triangular tube is the best design for cardboard fuselage but I had to try this flat version first

I remember a kit sold in the mid to late 70s. The plane was a slope glider, made of cardboard. It used music wire as spars.

Nice job with the packaging. Getting it to fly too! The designers of a model know they have failed when the planes built from the shipping box fly better than the product. (prob not in this case). but just sayin.. ha ha.
