This blood pressure monitor shows different and too high values because you move your arm and because you do not hold the blood pressure monitor at the height of your heart. If you keep it lower, the pressure is much higher than it really is. If you keep it too high, the pressure will be much lower than it really is. If you cannot do this, you should measure your blood pressure on your upper arm. Either you buy the Omron RS7, because it has a position sensor.

Thanks for the good thought, but the blood pressure monitor was faulty, and i had to return it... My average blood pressure is 14 / 10, that it's not that great also, but the values shown on the video are not the real ones...
