When I was in hospital (about 3 years ago) and the nurse came round, as they do, doing blood pressure checks. I can’t remember what mine was but she told me to take 5 deep breaths and on the next reading it would be much lower. She was right, it was.

I'm quite impressed with it. Obviously the old cuff method of testing BP is best, but for convenience this is a very good little unit.

I used it for over a year and I'm still alive! I use a Waterdrop now.
