OMSI 2 | Arkala Beta | Short Route | Trent Barton | Wright Eclipse 2 | Better Settings

Hello and welcome back to OMSI 2!
Well after the brilliant livestream on Thursday night I've really got the Arkala fever back, and also got a brief telling off from Fulley... So it turns out my OMSI 2 settings were not as high as they could be, which could be why I have got such amazing framerates... not good!
So today we're driving the short route of the route 63 with the settings cranked right up, unfortunately however we're still missing AI, but it'll be a nice test to see whether it's the scenery or the AI that causes the usual lag... let's see!

Just watching this, and I must say, you can really tell the inspiration for the section between where you started and the QM Hospital is from Harbourne and The QE hospital in Birmingham! I drive that area frequently for a certain West Midlands bus Operator and honestly, I could do it blindfolded

Trentbarton’s scanias are few now, they only have a couple spare red buses and a few run the Skylink express. The rest are B7RLEs someone mentioned that the Volvos were easier to maintain. They also own some B8RLE eclipses for their two route

Birmingham got quite a bit of snow, I’m from one of the outlying towns and we got so much

The reason trentbarton switched from Scania to Volvo isn't because they weren't fans of the quality (most drivers liked them!) but it in fact was due to trentbarton doing some dodgy maintainence on them. When Scania got news of this, they voided the warranty on their whole fleet, causing trentbarton not to buy from them! Shame really as the L94s were good buses!

yeah, friday morning we had a blizzard come through the fields we face, so the front of the house, which is already white had a nice 2 inches extra of snow. couldnt open the window without snow falling into the room

At 8:20 are talking about the low poly buses that don't have an interior like the omsi 2 add-on grand paris-moulon and omsi 2 add-on Saint Servan where they just have sounds and the exterior only and nothing inside to improve frame rate.

Hi Joe! Is there a way you can send the launcher folder *if there is one* for omsi for me? It wont work. If not, if I delete Omsi and reinstall it, will I keep my DLC?

Hiya, if you delete the OMSI folder and reinstall it, you'll keep your paid DLC. Any freeware such as things from Fellowsfilm will need to be redownloaded :)
