OMSI 2 - London Citybus 400 EP/Mods - Westcountry 3.03a - Route 1B

Bus: Alexander Dennis E40D Enviro 400 (London Citybus 400R)

Route: Route 1B, Totnes Circular

There have been quite a few changes since the last video, probably one of the most noticeable is the Ticketer. Others include, reworked Facelift parts (including larger DRL bulbs), new body vents and grilles (new grilles on Mk2/Farcelift variant only - new body VENTS have been modeled into the Mk1 variant also) and a newly modelled emergency exit door - although its not perfect. Its a little short and the window is the wrong shape. Plus the addition of ad boards and adverts (paintable texture). There has now been a cash tray installed, from the original C400R. As well as the new addition animated school bus flaps with a smooth opening and closing animation. Rather than open and closing instantly.
Testing the AI to see if it worked as it should with the Hanover display, of course, you would see they didnt. Which needs addressing.
Other than that, the assault screen are pins the cab door and ticket machine is now a setvar. But the frame texture needs fixing and the announcements could do with being a little quieter! Then I think it should be good to go.

Also watching this it doesn't seem laggy has with my system this route is laggy it might be because omsi is not optimised for modern pc my pc is a 13600k 32gb 3600hz ram and a rx 6950xt

Thank you! Most of the models can probably be swapped over for the default C400, if you know what you’re doing with the files. You can just replace them if they share the same name. If not, you could rename them and overwrite the old ones

@@ramesesthegreat Oh, just swap out the models, make sure the names are the same. I think there are some scripts as well but i never got around to that. I also got the morphi dashscreen mod half working with the boot logo but sadly the morphi sounds are impossible as some files are from addon london.

Hi chloe cross, you know for the enviro 400 london spec i downloaded the morphis gearbox on it but when i get in the cab its like the westcountry enviro 400 and i dont like it like that and when u done the route 201 in the c400 its like different to mine but mine is like the wc c400r and also do u have discord so that i can show u on there thanks again.

Yeah, it does that. I believe the reason is to stop the mirrors rendering in whilst in game, just to try and combat the FPS drop. I can upload the original views as a mod, with the C400R update and then you can overwrite the files to get the default views back
