MPs should be blamed for not being serious in parliament, why would you pass and budget for parliament regional sittings and now later you plan to boycott, we can't entertain such nonsense from opposition MPs

It would better, if someone else with another perspective were part of the panel. If a sitting in kampala costs 3bns. And a sitting upcountry costs (3 + X) bns. But the Moderator + panelists are uninterested in this comparison and therefore one sided. They give the impression, both cost the same. And this definitely not true. So the moderator can tell Semujju, "stop there". I think this is always intended by moderators to leave topics hanging.. With the current economic state, the X could be a lot of money and reason enough to stay at 3bns than spending (3 +X) bns The only question would be, if its worthy and justifiable to spend X bns extra? e.g, it'll really solve problems in the regions etc. The other thing is: Its a misconception from the panelist, that if money has been passed and provided, therefore can be spent blindly. This also came up during Mpuuga saga. The money was passed, therefore "right". I can't understand this. We should be talking about the worthiness of every decisions and then the correctness.
