Here's the deal: this was on November 8th, 2005. You can look up historical weather for any date and location on line. On that day in NYC, at 8:00 in the morning it was 42 degrees. Perhaps, as a previous commenter said, this was taped by someone that lived somewhere warm like Florida, and the 74 degrees was their local temperature. Maybe?
