I thought my phone was dying. Glad to see "no volume" posts. I'm sure we all need silence!

I have always wanted to visit Plum Village and this is an amazing way to feel the energy and find peace in your talks until I can actually go in person! :) Thank you Brother Phap Huu. Your words always resonate so deeply with me in The Way Out Is In

Thanks Plum village for the energising pleasant speech for understanding the cause ( the habit) transforming the habits and taking refuge in Sanga.. connecting the breath to the moment..and I will try my level best to transform and get rid of that ...by growing love and compassion for oneself and others ... Going to plum village would be the absolute trip of all trips! All the determination, discipline, and hard work they do. We view it on youtube, and most think they've got it made that's a snap. Away from the world, together in strength with sangha. But I know better maybe that's what fears my pain body is I know we who watch from out here need to carry out the same discourse of disicipline, awareness, and kindness in our entire world.

very humbly.... i know you're committed to trasmitting a deep understanding and experience of a practice... still... there is always something around a sense of 'superiority' about each tradition, religion about the human experience... and the model it proposes ... i am grateful of course and willing to listen to this and many other hints of wisdome... --- anyway, ultimately, nothing matters, as everything is as it is....
