U r right about nurse n doctor that haven't experience enough and hamper patient.. manipal ma taka fukaleko 3 days paxi i found one thread, aftet 7 days found another and when eartquake hit after a months i found another too.. manipal is seriously not good hospital, teha lageko birami who r in serious condition have only 10% chance to survive maximum

Toshmi ji says darbandi badhaunu parxa but I see "budget ko struggle" even in core hospital kathmandu teaching and bir ma understaff xa new program lyako xa but problem nai budget ko xa... 100 ota doctor thapne ho vaneu nih 6 lakh prati barsa ko hisab le 6 crore rupees budget thapnu parxa.. even 1000 new manpower government ko jnder ma thapne ho vane 10 arab xutyauunu parxa. And budget ko mamila ma hamro government ko dath bata pasina niskinxa. I think its complete clossal failure.
