Great camera angle...One of the best bikes ever made. Riding style a little to smooth. One gear to high out of almost every corner. Should be exiting at 6-7 not 4-5000rpm

Salut, a quoi sert le scotch sur le bocal?

Salut ! En fait mon bocal a un petit défaut (légère fuite au niveau du bouchon) et en attendant les nouveaux, j'ai mis du scotch pour éviter les fuites (je n'avais pas de chaussettes). Le problème avec le liquide de frein c'est que si on laisse le produit trop longtemps ça bouffe tout ... Bref, système D ! 😉

Hi everybody can you please give me some suggestions on how to verify with videotape and a go pro hero 4 silver my 1299S when it intermittently and randomly and unexpectedly stalls out? Every time i take it to the dealer they said they can't duplicate the problem and Ducati of North America video taped my bike with no problems. But my 1299s still stalls out on me in congested stop in go traffic all the time and when I feather the clutch and drive between 0 to 15 mph on the street or freeway or on the street.However I'm an amateur and I just purchased a hero 4 go pro silver camera do you have suggestions on how to mount it to the 1299S gas tank ? I'm concerned with losing the camera what type a suction mount the go pro hero 4 camera? What I should use and what can I use in case the suction loses its grip to keep the camera from damaging the motorcycle and the camera in case it falls thanks advance for everything. The dealer said prove the 1299s is stalling out with video verification because they claim everything is checking out A ok on the computer test sheet with Ducati engineers and Ducati video tape that they won't show me What would you do? Thanks in advance for everything.

Hi Forest. I do not know what could be the probleme with your Panigale. I think the best solution is your's, Trying to take theses moments with your GoPro. Personally, I fixed it on my fork with the 3M self-adhesive fastening. Also, when I'm driving on track, I use a " plastic lace " ... Just a safe way to save my GoPro. I hope you will find the problem. Let us know :)

What year of 1299 S model is this? Is that a lean angle sensor I see on the dash whenever you lean right or left it tells you the degree of angle?

It’s a 2015 model year. What you see Is the “live” lean angle ; working on both side.

@@faggati9952 thank you for your reply back and that is very awesome because I'm looking to buy one of these bikes possibly. I'm still gonna keep my 2020 Superduke 1290R but want more of a sportbike oriented track bike. Do you still really like the bike?

@@mrshowtime79 this bike is really awesome! I also have a V4R (amazing Bike!!). However, I still love to ride this 1299S. It’s a very good bike, with a lot of torque and gives you really nice sensations 😎 !

@@faggati9952 that's great to here because I've been watching videos on them and I'm already use to the torque because of my 1290R but it doesn't have as much power. I'm definitely gonna have to go test ride a 15 model. That's about what I wanna spend for a 2nd bike.

Ok ! J ai vu que tu avais des slicks, tu ne fais que du circuit avec ? je compte remplacer mon cbr1000 par un 1299s mais j ai peur de la fiabilité sur piste. Mon cbr est de 2009 et avec 5 ou 6 roulages a l année en moyenne j ai jamais eu un problème! Sinon sympa les vidéos ! C est hallucinant la pilule que tu met aux autres en ligne droite😜

Oui, j'ai monté des Pirelli Superbike SCx en 200/60 à l'arrière (réglage DTC obligatoire via l'ordinateur de bord). Je fais de la piste moins souvent que toi et je roule aussi sur route avec. Elle a 4000 km et pour le moment, a part le détail du bocal de liquide de frein et un réglage de shifter, elle tourne comme une horloge et plutôt bien (je touche du bois) ! C'est ma troisième Ducat', je roulais sur des Monster et la fiabilité était au rendez-vous. Je pense juste que cette mécanique nécessite plus d'attention : temps de chauffe, vidanges, éviter les surchauffes, vérifier les serrages de temps en temps, ce que tu dois certainement déjà faire sur ton CBR si tu tourne 6 fois par an ! ;) C'est une super moto, tu devrais l'essayer pour t'en convaincre, ou non ! ✌✌

I guess super sticky tires are a form of insurance but are not needed at this pace that’s for sure... braking/stop accelerating 100s of feet short of the brake zone, not using he whole track when possible/when the line permits... I guess I’m used to watching wsbk riders😂. DTC set at 4?! Set it at 1 with wheelie at 0.. abs at 2. Those are my street settings.. with the light flashing all the time 😂. But I’m sure you’re not an expert or know the track well enough to feel 100% confident and there’s the wrecking a 30k bike without full sponsorship... that’s a big one haha. Good job riding👍. I just don’t thing you need race rubber at your pace that’s all
