Wrong plane (in the beginning), old footage.. there's no winglets on a dash 8-400. The first plane is likely AC624 (A-320) from the 2015 Halifax incident. at 0:31 we see what looks like the actual dash 8-400 involved in the December 2024 flight.

The Jeju Air is, as was the KLM (non-fatal). The Air Canada was not a Boeing, it was a De Havilland Canada DHC-8 turboprop and no injuries were reported. None of these crashes seem to involve a death flaw. Only insufficient maintenance (airlines responsibility) and bird strikes and Russian missiles.

Condolences to the families who lost their dear ones - gut wrenching! Why cant commercial aircraft have an steel rope used on aircraft carriers in airport runways to stop passenger aircraft from skidding off the runways - both Jeju & KLM aircraft passengers could have avoided the horrors. This may require a manual landing wheel which will then be arrested by the steel cables. Worth exploring. It may he expensive. But human life has no value ..see the videos of the dear ones of the Jeju passenger..just few minutes away from hugging their loved ones upon arrival. Gut wrenching.
