What I analyse in my unqualified opinion, is that the kremlin is admitting that once it was stood-down in support of the assad govt, it allowed the western allied occupation menace to exert it's illegal preemptive strikes --- but then, here comes the rub, every asset the west has destroyed the kremlin will happily replace, for a pretty penny and a carry-over strategic defense deal with the new govt in damascus, who are now no longer "terrorists" courtesy of the US led west... You see---as Afrikan wisdom says; allow your enemies to do their worst, if it benefits your interests...
