Hi Sergei, How about a one year update on the Kenworth? Tell us what you like or dislike compared to the Mack. Would you get the same setup or change, add or delete options etc. I for one would like to hear your views after a year on the road. Thanks from Vancouver, BC.

you can replace the muff delete pipe with a smaller diameter pipe which would increase restriction.. It does not look to complex of a pipe so maybe the muff shop can custom make you..

I would just put kooks equal length long tube headers on it with a kooks exhaust. Buy a programmer and take it to a dyno shop and get a pump gas tune and load it into your programmer that way you can load up stock tune when you want and then put in dyno tune in the summer. Flowmaster was good stuff years ago but kooks, corsa, borla, and slp have kind of left them behind in the performance dept.

These 2018 are not easy to tune. The only brand available is DiabloSport. You have to replace the ECM, and they say it's not legal to use that tuner on a street vehicle with a registered tag. If this was a Ford, I'd've bought a basic street legal Hypertech tuner long time ago.

@@HHTV60 yeah, I'm a GM guy so, I didn't know that about the challenger/charger. That challenger you have is really nice! I like it. I have a 2015 Camaro ss with only 3800 miles on it. It has kooks long tube headers, kooks cat-less xpipe, and kooks exhaust. Dyno tuned on pump gas and it runs/sounds amazing! It's not a daily driver though.

I really like that hotel. The room is really nice. It always concerns me going too specialized that freight can dry up at any time, especially off-season. The equipment is super expensive monthly and to maintain and really is too much of a burden to handle with such sparse freight. I like general freight volume for the selection versus being too specialized for more money, as long as the volume load is still profitable and worthwhile.

the Landstar deal I would get ahold of broker number 2 give them a higher rate than I gave Landstar so it makes your first quote look more attractive no reason for both of them to know you're the same person. Lol

I have the SpinTech StreetPro 9000 on my Ram 5.7 and they are super small and put out an awesome sound.

I know. When I had a RAM 1500 I tried it too but it was droning too much, and I swapped it for Flowmaster 50 HD (I think), and then Super 44. The truck had no resonators... this time I'm not afraid to use them again because I do have the racing mufflers act as resonators in the back, and the active exhaust also quiets things down quite a bit, unless I'm in the Sports Mode. I'll go with Super Pro 9000 or maybe 6000. That - combined with Flowmaster Outlaw mufflers - should create an interesting sound!

What module controls the exhaust valve and is it modifiable? Maybe that way, backpressure required for adequate low RPM torque achievable, while still keeping the racing mufflers.

there's a sensor near the rear axle. it has a small electric thingie that turns the valve inside the pipe. if that is removed (many tried), a Check Engine light will come on. There's now an aftermarket 'simulator' that can be installed instead of that Active Exhaust sensor, and will open the pipes 100% and fool the computer, but I don't see a reason to mess with it. If I need performance and loud sound, I can always just turn on the SPORT mode on the dash.
