I just took them out for 3 miles and had to take them off half way they scraped the back of my heel pretty bad. And kept digging into them so I’ll have to try another pair of socks and hope it works

I’m a 10 and just got them in a 10. They are true to size and that’s what the site says as well. Monster 2 I had to go down a half size and it also says on the site when picking the size.
