On Death and Dying with Joyce Carpati

I’ve starting to explore having conversations about death and dying with my extraordinary friends and muses. They have so much wisdom to share and I have found that our talks, though difficult, help to ease the pain and fear of dying. I want to thank Joyce Carpati for her trust in me and for how open and eloquently she speaks about the end of life. I posted my first #deathchat with @stylecrone a while back and am grateful for all the feedback. I hope that these videos are helpful in some way. Love Joyce I am a makeup artist and nail tech and beauty therapist my sister is manger for 19 years for la prairie I only use it and Korean skincare and steaming my face 3 times a week london is like New York everyday people come to me and say you look amazing as I wear leopard nice Chanel leather bag or Westwood a gorgeous broach like a mermaid from Butler and Wilson or lurks folly and feeling cat sunglasses beautiful crystal rings and earrings …you were my fav from the doc that I love to watch I remember when it came out …you are the best! As her niece I can tell you, what you see isn’t all; she leaves out how awfully she treated her family- her son, her brother & his wife and children, earlier in his sister in law’s parents, her own older sister (who was no angel but at least tried to make things right). This woman is a shell; her insides are not the gold metal she makes herself out to be; she’s merely projecting who she wants everyone - including herself- to believe she is. At least she is inspiring others to be the person she wishes to be…

@@nicoleraymond1026 Of course, there is always more to everyone's story. The longer we live, the more mistakes we make. And, the more people we hurt whether it's intentional or unintentional. Some people can recognize their own faults and struggles, work on themselves, and then may or may not be able to make changes and amends. You make an important distinction between someone's public vs. personal story. As viewers, we see what the camera shows and what the person being filmed wants us to see. You remind us there is always another story, more layers to consider.
