Dude have u had othrodontic work done? What do u think of orthotropics? Your teeth have starightened out from the old videos.

@@ababahaja yeah I’ve had Invisalign. I had palate widening when I was young and braces but didn’t wear the retainers and it went backward. I’m going to see / learn from a myofunctional therapist to get educated more deeply on tongue posture and etc etc as this wasn’t something I was ever taught and as a kid I think there were issues there. Better late than never. Will share what I learn.

@@ababahaja not familiar with orthotropics so don’t have an opinion but I’ve done some digging on mewing and all that. A lot of this comes down to allergies and digestive function / mucus production too. Soooo many factors. Pretty fascinating.
