Beverly II is a masterpiece. One of many impressive rides at Southern Pride she's a classy lady, not all gaudy with baubles like some I've seen on the road. I always figured my retirement truck would have an apartment attached like this one.

Most truckers have no clue that angling your antennas like that reduces the output power by half due to cross-polarity... The wind will not blow them upright.

@@joegoldsmith5235 Souther Pride is a specailized carrier. If you've every had the pleasure of seeing one of their trucks on the road you'd know what they haul and why they can and need a truck like that. This couple only works about nine months a year and take winters off to enjoy life.

I suppose this is a memorial to Tony and Diane Bennett from Southern Pride. Tony's big red Pete was filmed at same location. This yellow Pete is almost an exact replica of his last build which was a yellow 379 with a huge sleeper. Not very original. RIP Tony Bennett.

I couldn't afford to build this. It's a knockoff of Tony and Donna Bennett's Peterbilt Fast Forward. I would have left the green Beverley II off the truck and spent a bit more to finish off the back of the trailer which is an after-thought to the rest of a great looking truck. It's not my money so it doesn't matter.

The Truck is not a spin off, it’s a memorabilia of my childhood, it’s named after my sister Beverly, it’s Yellow after the colour of the house I grew up in. The lights on the sleeper is for the day my mothers birthday, the lights are for the day of my Dads birthday.
