Absolutely making du'aa and giving charity is doing something. If people can't even do that much then they probably don't want to do anything but make excuses. Let's make du'aa for our brothers and sisters constantly, like a 100 times a day. Then see what happens!! And don't forget to sent charity through legal channels. Allaah's victory will soon come for all Muslims insha Allaah.
