Video game music is becoming more and more popular. The rise of Videogame music concerts is in increasing demand. Electronic videogame soundtracks made as a remix or orchestral arrangement are fast growing and now amassing huge followings on KZbin. Iconic soundtracks like Super Mario, Final Fantasy and The Legend of Zelda are some of the most loved and listened to, especially when a musician takes a theme or track and arranges it for other instruments, turns it into an electronic remix or orchestrates it for a full orchestra, all with their own ideas in mind, giving the music a new lease of life, uplifting, relaxing, invigorating and entertaining the listeners, something you would hear on Classic FM. A soundtrack from a Videogame could be turned into a symphonic journey, a waltz, a medley or whatever the artist can create. Esports are also on the rise - Videogames such as the Super Smash Bros series, Fortnite, League of Legends, etc., are some of the most popular eSport competitions enjoyed today.

This is an arrangement for Orchestra of a collection of Rainbow Road themes from a few of the Mario Kart games. I have had an idea of making these into an Orchestral arrangement for some time now, and felt that the emotional nature of the music comes out well in this Orchestration. The music is from Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7. I still kept some of the percussion to give the music forward rhythm and momentum.
