Sling at its origin was a great low cost high value service that was blazing a trail. Unfortunately that trail and the industry lead directly back to the place they claimed they were racing away from. All that's left now is a bloated less than a la carte service that costs just as much as cable and everything else out there. They are no longer an industry pioneer or "different".
