Nice and efficient trailer. I just bought a 7 x 14 and have to do the floor and walls and trasnfer everything over from my utility 5 x 10 trailer. I'm realing loving the containers you have for the plugs, quick connects and so on. Also where did you get the partition from and how did you measure the trailer to place in a good spot. Thats very creative. So many times on the job where i have to take a leak.

Whats up? Thanks for checking out the channel I appreciate that. It was very nice to move from utility to enclosed (trailer) especially if you work in a rainy climate as I do. This build was fun for me, because I built it around my previous experiences. So I would encourage you to take your time, think about every issue you had in the field and how a solution could be applied to your new build. I waterproofed the floor and walls. Check out “ON THE GO” POWER WASH PRO GARAGE TV (TRAILER BUILD PAINT 1) & “ON THE GO” POWER WASH PRO GARAGE TV (TRAILER BUILD PAINT 2) To answer your question, I got partition from Home Depot. It's that very thin wood and just measured and glued 2 pieces together and installed it with "L" brackets. As far as the distance, I picked a comfortable spot using the crossbars of the frame of the trailer. Since you're in a bigger trailer you'll have a little more room. Any other questions feel free to ask. thanks

Thank you very much for checking out this episode and our channel. Off the top of my head the trailer weight empty I believe was around 1800 lbs. with the equipment (no water) that wasn’t increased by much…… Water is 8lbs per gallon x 275 gallon capacity so the water weight ( full) is 2,200lbs. Again off the top of my head all in all, I estimate the total weight full at somewhere just north of 4,000 lbs…… thanks for the great questions!

Also put the battery and charge controller in the other section away from the water and chemicals. Less chance a simple mishap costing you more than it should.

Hey brotha love the set up working on my trailer as I watch this. I’m having a problem getting the water tank to feed the pressure washer any tips on getting the plumbing right? It’s a 4gpm idk if that has any reason for the issue?????
@onthegopowerwashprollc1077 Жыл бұрын
Hey what's up bro? if you can email me a few pics of the setup that would definitely put me in a better position to help you. (onthegopwp@gmail.com) Just some things off the top of my head, I'd make sure there isn't anything clogging the lines, hoses collapsing, kinks or any air getting into your lines (leaks). Are you using PVC, some type of flex hose? I'd suggest that you use the shortest distance possible from buffer tank to pump. Last thing, I'd use the largest diameter (PVC or hose) I could get. Usually 1 inch is plenty for a 4gpm pump. Hope that helps, keep me posted and good luck.

@onthegopowerwashprollc10773 жыл бұрын

@@onthegopowerwashprollc1077 man I feel like it’s more work wrapping 200ft look into the automatic hose reels those are nice
@onthegopowerwashprollc10773 жыл бұрын
@@pressurewashingorlandofl yes I’m aware of those, but you have to build every rig for your needs. Utility trailers you have a lot of freedom and room to put a lot of different things on it, because they can extend from any side of the trailer. With an enclosed trailer you don’t have that option. Also, another thing I don’t like about reels is that the hose is always connected to the unit I like to be able to detach my hose from my unit instantly so having a reel was always problematic for me ….. we work large accounts sometimes so mobility is so important. I don’t like them, don’t need them, for me they are more trouble than they’re worth.
