The solid concrete turned out good but the textured surfaces next to the solid concrete still had what looked like mildew stains on it. I guess maybe there are restrictions in that area with using bleach. Couldn’t tell much difference with the steps, but I guess they always had a smoky hue to them. The important thing about the steps is you got rid of the slippery mold and mildew. That being said the owner should have had you pressure wash the brick walls in the garage area. They looked kind of mildewy. Great job otherwise. I would have recommended the owner remove any shrubs and trees that block sunlight from getting in to that area. Algae, mold, and mildew don’t like sunlight. It can make a big difference.

Large heavy magnet should weigh down the front when needed. Easy to remove too. Nice job,

Get a weight that is attached to suction cups. Then attach it to your scrubber.

I think this is a great idea!

Great job. What is the siphon nozzle that you used to apply the chemical mixture from the bucket? Would love to find one. The siphon on my pressure washer doesn't load enough chemical to do much of a pre-soak. Thanks in advance for your reply.

The attachment is called an x-jet!

@@pristinepressurecleaning saves you money on a gym membership though! My eldest came home tonight with really sore legs but he’s paying the gym for the privilege 😂

There are magnet blocks that come in all sorts of weights , or you can use dumbell weights for your circular pressure washer.

This was very interesting. Thank you for posting it. RE: the weight at the front of the scrubber - try a loose weight, i.e., small stones, and put them in a burlap bag. This may help the weight better conform to the shape of the scrubber top and also make it easier to secure the bag to the scrubber using bungie cords. I've used a power washer for years, first on my own property and them on my neighbors' properties. I've found that I can cut work times by 35% by using a preheated for the water.😮
