Young man, I want to congratulate you on the beautiful work you have done! Take feedback and suggestions with a grain of salt. You are very young and with time you will gain more knowledge, more experience and continuous improvement. Have you made any mistakes? Maybe. Could you do a better job? Maybe. I am sitting on my sofa, watching you. Who am I to judge your work? NOBODY! Some of the suggestions were well-intentioned and really helpful. Others were just mean. Keep doing what you are doing, keep your channel growing and in a few years you’ll be excellent!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO NASTY COMMENTS. Continue to do your work with commitment, honesty, integrity, tenacity and passion. Thank you for sharing your videos. In no time your work will reach the highest possible standards and be outstanding!

First timer here. I admire your ambition and work ethic. You would benefit from tips from very experienced people in the business. Always work from the top down and that includes walls. Use the pressure head to propel itself so you don’t need to tire your upper body. Where there is surface dirt wash it off before cleaning. You have a great future in this business.

Great job man, wonderful result esp seeing the slate getting clean without getting more damaged! I have an idea for putting weight on your service cleaner. It goes like this: Get a weightlifting plate of adequate size. (These are good because because they are small relative to their weight, whereas brick is big relative to their weight) Get a chain and pull the middle of the chain through the hole in the plate, then pull the ends of the chain through the loop of chain. Center the plate it in the front of service cleaner and attach the chain ends with hooks to where the handle attaches to the service cleaner itself. This way you can hook it on or off easily whenever you need to. Also: The heavier the weight the less it will slide around on top of the machine. That's a pretty easy solution. A fancier version would be to weld a single cylindrical piece of metal or bolt on top of the machine for a center hole of a weight plate to just slide onto. It would be even easier to take on or off but would require welding. Anyway I hope this helps. Keep up the good work! Regards from Sweden.

This was very interesting. Thank you for posting it. RE: the weight at the front of the scrubber - try a loose weight, i.e., small stones, and put them in a burlap bag. This may help the weight better conform to the shape of the scrubber top and also make it easier to secure the bag to the scrubber using bungie cords. I've used a power washer for years, first on my own property and them on my neighbors' properties. I've found that I can cut work times by 35% by using a preheated for the water.😮

Great job Connor, came up perfect, loved your customer's response and your explanations, it's good to know the what, whys, whens, how's of your clean. Are you cleaning the top deck at a later date? (you may have said and I missed it) Do you hose down that busy road afterwards?

Great job. What is the siphon nozzle that you used to apply the chemical mixture from the bucket? Would love to find one. The siphon on my pressure washer doesn't load enough chemical to do much of a pre-soak. Thanks in advance for your reply.

To attach a weight that can easily be removed when not needed, get a couple of clamps that will fit around the handle brackets on top of the brush cover and use them to clamp a piece of plate stainless steel on top of the cover. Great job cleaning that drive and stairs...

Nice job! For a weight, I would suggest a scuba weight on a Velcro strap. Being for scuba diving, it won’t have a problem getting wet. They are also available in bags or with coatings to keep them from scratching up your equipment.

Power hose first, then put the treatment down, your giving yourself more work to do.
@pristinepressurecleaning

On this job I believe treating the surface first and after was more appropriate due to how bad it was and the issues we had with low flow rate for water! I appreciate the suggestion however as it most certainly is that way on other jobs!

I think the wall up near the steps should have been pressure washed! It looed shabby beside the high wall. I wish you would have cleaned the front strip of the garage. The several darker areas on the drive deserved another go round with the big washer. I'm glad a paver stayed on the washer for you!
@pristinepressurecleaning

We did discuss the wall but decided against cleaning it because of how fragile the mortar was! It was breaking apart just with a soft touch 😞 The darker strip near the garage is actually dirt! I managed to clean the concrete right up to the garage entrance 💪 I hope you enjoyed the video ☺️!

Three ideas; either get some rare earth magnets (they sell them with hooks, you can zip tie a block of lead to,) or a big car body working two stage suction cup (with zip ties and ballast again) or lastly, cut a thin plank of wood that slips under those rods on the sides,,screw in eye hooks to the wood zip tie the eyes hooks to the bars, then screw some ballast to the plank. I can draw you a few designs if you're interested.
@pristinepressurecleaning
@pristinepressurecleaning 4 ай бұрын
The magnets was a common suggestion! I think it’s the easiest but I’m not sure if any will stick to the surface! A suction cup sort of thing sounds super simple and not a bad idea at all!

Tie a string to the caster brackets and to the hose or use aluminum wire. Or make a cloth bag for the brick and add strings to the corners to tie to the machine. Your customers cars have been carrying this "?" into the garage (see floor inside the door). Customer should hire you to clean this floor also. You are a very hard working person. Good job.
