Older video yet solid content. Today's tech-based knowledge workers with ill-defined, poorly structured tasks requiring considerable tacit knowledge are much harder to teach OTJ than skill-based tasks. Added challenge: mentoring OTJ with complex thinking tasks virtually. Hard to demo and discuss when there are 1000s of possibilities normally learned over 3 progressive positions over 2-7 years.
