God's Squad was established in 1971 in Sydney, Australia at the height of the Jesus People Movement and founded on a broader basis, under the leadership of John Smith, in Melbourne 1972, where the club colours have been flown ever since. The club primarily exists to minister among the 'Motorcycle Clubs' and associated groups, where it is an accepted and relevant expression of the Christian church. Since it's birth, out of the counter culture Jesus movement days of the late 60's it has continued, to devote it's efforts amongst those on the fringes of society. It has chapters throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe & also Michigan USA.

i left my club because i couldn't be a good brother to the club and a good brother in christ at the same time given my associations. these guys might be the only christian club i'd ever consider joining, damn shame they don't have a chapter in Calgary, Alberta. much respect to the God's Squad MC

I was a member of the Sydney chapter 50yrs ago but they booted me out just because I went on a run with the Finks. I had no intention of joining the Finks in fact we came home half way through the run we got frightened the Finks were too fin' crazy for us but no one from GS bothered to ask us about it.
