We start with Geertje making us all smile "walking billboard" 😂 The filming style, to be part of the preparations we get the feel of how it goes. @@pakejeffje6238 Such a sweet thing to say, but it seemed like detective skills. I remembered that each time after going to work with Rikst, horses came back looking great and with better skills for inspection. Then I remembered Yvonne saying something; that Gea had a great conformation, but her skills with the walk, etc. were not as accomplished. So I put it all together and felt Gea might be the next one to go to Rikst. Luckily, it worked out this time...sometimes I am way off!

Well, from my untrained eye, it looked like a good ride! But, I only know, Western Pleasure and Gymkhana. I love watching Dressage. I've often wished that I had learned it also, back when I was young. It always looks so classy! But, my dad insisted on Western Pleasure and Gymkhana. Reintje is a beautiful mare. I heard a horse trainer explain that horses see a black trailer ramp as a black hole, scarey. Maybe that is why she is reluctant. If that is the case, she must really love and trust you to go against instinct

Honestly Reintje's brains and beauty continue to impress. She is a stunner. Now a Sport mare! Will she be a Kroon too someday? They’ve taken Reintje to the inspection a few times. Not sure what holds her back from advancing. It’s obviously not her movements. She looks pretty impressive physically too. Anyway, it’s super hard and not common to get a crown mare.

@@LindaEll89 I can’t see any physical faults Reintje has. Not unless they think she’s built too long, but that’s a baroque characteristic. It seems her overall score in physique should be enough. They scored Gea as high in overall appearance as Geertje . I’m not seeing how Gea is more ideal physically than Reintje. Anyway, shes a great horse with an excellent temperament and now she’s sport.
