I totally agree with what you said. I hate when people keeps putting "Most Dangerous Hoods" in their video when they visit those places. Stop promoting fear to detract others from visiting a country they desired to visit.

Thanks, it reminds me of a two week cycling holiday I took in Madagascar just before the plandemic.

Check out this Italian guy who cycled across Africa. Sadly, he only seems to have made 1 short video about the whole trip. Maybe he lost some footage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/haGyiJ2mr7KYedU

Great video Paul, you seem to enjoy warm weather. In Canada myself and cant stand Winter. Do you plan to retire in these places one day?
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
Thanks...I actually don't mind winter in Canada, especially around XMAS. I like travelling to 1-2 months at a time, but don't see myself resting permanently outside Canada.

@pddembowski Good to hear brother I enjoy Christmas a bit myself but aftrr that the cloudy days, cold nights get to me. Don't have much family get togethers anymore and am single so gets lonely, no kids. Anyways looking forward to more of your travels and will be overseas myself in 2025

Hi Paul , new sub here from Toronto. I notice the flights are a little expensive from Toronto. Is 3000 dollars the going rate on Ethiopia Airlines into Antananarivo ? Also is it fairly easy to meet up with a quality African woman ? I’m planning on visiting for 60 days next August or September . Thanks in advance for any information you can provide Paul. Cheers .
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
Should be around 1800 Canadian dollars or so. Trying going to Ethiopian Airlines website and play around with the dates a bit.

Do you ever visit Southern Madagascar where the severe droughts were going on a few years ago? Also, have you gotten mugged much?
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
never been mugged. Madagascar is a pretty safe country. Please ignore all those KZbin videos where the creator tries to make a place seem more dangerous for views..I was in tulear on the southwest coast for 5 weeks. I liked it there will return.
@joseraiseddante7521Ай бұрын
@@pddembowski I've been there before and it is true. It's not safe during night time and some occasion during day light. They only afraid for a white people to whom they spare not to mugg.

you must be referring to Indigo traveler yea i hate too when he turns everything into sensation plus thumbnail of video is not of Antananarivo and guy doesn't even know how many people live there he is moving way too fast to catch rhytm of places he visits little scooters you saw them belching smoke are 2 stroke so they mix oil in petrol and because oil or scooter or both are of poor qulity burning is not up to standard so consequence is smoke but it is not scooters doing pollution,trucks and vans are prime source and of course burning coal to cook price of tuktuk is 1500Ar or 30 cents,best form of transport on Madagascar
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
he is referring to 30c for the whole ride. Not so easy to get that price if you are an obvious foreigner.
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
Ok thanks for the information about the scooters and pollution. Looks like the guy goes straight from the airport to the biggest slum he can find in every country.
@danieleverywhere132Ай бұрын
@@pddembowski then you decline and take another one tuktuks are plenty in Tamatave at night price is 3-5K because there are less customers so driver has good chance he will not find other customer going same direction so he charges more but normal day price is no matter the distance because it is shared transport 1500K
@danieleverywhere132Ай бұрын
@@pddembowski and he always uses same ultra wide lens which massiveliy distorst video but hey his mug is on video too and that counts obviously he earns a lot that way but channel is losing quality

Benin are speaking French, wat are you talking about English?
@pddembowskiАй бұрын
listen closer, I said there is a lot of Nigerians living there who speak English.
@victorsvensson7914Ай бұрын
Does not seem smart if they were typing into a translater app, when there is plenty of apps that you can speak to and it translates it. No need for typing. That is old. AI translators are far more better than google translate and those kind of old translators.

I'm not sure. maybe because there was a lot of background noise & music. Regardless, any relationship based on 2 people staring at their phone constantly seems awkward and uncomfortable to me.
