@@artem4ik19 Me too, very similar. Thanks! It's what I wanted to hear, that it's possible to reach some serious power even without gym. Everybody on YT talks how important gym is, so I got nervous that I'm missing a lot xD. I guess short very high intensity intervals works well enough for strength development, especially with lower cadence/high force

THE REASON he asks this time is and he refers to it is because of his last video sitting on Remco's wheel which went viral, because the guy didn't ask and eventually Remco shouts at him. As a Calpe resident just don't do what this guy does in most of his videos, if everyone does it it will spoil it for the rest of us
