I have had thoughts about the future. Tent camping has really pushed my limits the past few years. I may more likely use a van and trailer the bike. I might do that next year if I can get a trailer by then. A few weeks ago, I had looked into renting a uhaul trailer but decided to tent it again this year.

@@LetsGoTraveling , you can buy a trailer & put it together. Harbor Freight sells them. Your van can tow that. You can make whatever modifications you might want on the trailer. Check it out.

LOL....shower should help ya sleep and hopefully no wind. Go on a nice relaxing ride tomorrow and enjoy some of the black hills....end the day with a good dinner and a few beers back at camp (if ya drink at all) and you should get about as good a nights sleep as you can expect in a tent/air mattress. LOL.

Man i Love ur videos. Been watching for awile. So i just got a bike and i want to come to Sturgis i was wanting to leave tomorrow morning its a 10 hour drive but the problem is a hotel is hell of expensive way out of my budget and i see its hell of hot out for tent i cant sleep in heat do u have any advice. I was thinking about having someone follow me in a vehicle that has AC I'm not a p**** or nothing but the heat messes with me and advice

Honestly, your thought of having someone following you in a vehicle with AC is probably your best bet. I just suffer with the heat.

What year model is your bike. And is the motor stock if how does it handle the trailer

It is a 2001 ultra classic. Originally, it had a twin cam 88, but I upgraded it to a 95 after I blew the engine in 2016. Also, I got a different cam that improves torque for pulling the trailer. When it was stock, it pulled the trailer fine, but it is better now. I also lost some gas mileage after the upgrade.
