I was honestly shocked with how many nerfs the T54E1 got. It was okay-ish before it was changed but honestly all it really needed was a slight armor and pen buff, and that's it. I get that it went from being a medium tank to a heavy, but it didn't need all of those awful mobility nerfs. It was already sluggish before. I really don't know that these Devs are thinking sometimes. Where do they get their logic from?

Yeah it was already worse than the new premium version then they take away all the pros of the the tank that it had to begin with and it doesn’t make sense considering what they did to the 50b line make those mediums now trying to convert the 57 heavy line to all heavies

So, you put an Advanced Power Train into the T57 Heavy, where I chose the Traction System, since it has a pretty decent p/w ratio and terrain resistances for a heavy tank to properly benefit from it, but you put the Traction System into the T54 Cobra, which has got abysmal terrain resistances, which really hurt it in case of mobility, thus any extra hp goes a long way, even in it‘s turbo mode.

Im working on the t71 on my main account and the t21 on my other so iv never played the t4e1 or t57. After the update I was in 2 games with you playing the t54e1 . I was watching how you played it . From what I see it's a very mobile and affective tank or your just very good in it . Either way it's made me want to get it now especially after playing the premium t54. I'd alway wanted the t57 but none of the other tanks appealed to me in the line but iv been quite surprised by how much fun the line is to play. GG👍

Its not that mobile really anymore after the nerfs tbh. It's really not as good as the Cobra T54

It's still decent and you don't have to fight the pen anymore which is nice but it terms of how it felt before it doesn't feel as nice to play

how do you guys accurately shoot while on the move?

Sometimes he free aims in 3rd person view, sometimes he autoaims with rb/rt. It usually comes down to what the target is doing. If they're fairly static and/or you're circling them then rb/rt. If like the start of the 3rd game the other tank is moving at speed or away from you or the opposite direction then free aim. It's fairly hard to do but not impossible, with practice.

Yeh, sometimes free aim and sometimes auto aim, depends on the situation (which you get to know which to use in practice)

@@gradeaunderkev1848 That‘s because the T69‘s improvements have been „milder” in comparison. +15mm pen to AP compared to +38mm? +30mm HEAT pen compared to a change from APCR to HEAT with +55mm pen? I think the reason why they made the T54E1 a heavy is that his mobility and concealment were pretty poor (for a medium) to begin with. Thus they changed it so new players get a feeling, what it’s like to play a not so well armored heavy tank before reaching the T57 heavy.

The purpose of reforged was to buff tanks, not nerf them. That's what happened to the 54. Slight buffs, big nerfs. Major oof on Wargaming

They have nerfed tanks in reforges before (M46) they're generally to benefit the lines tho and while the pen buff was nice everything else wasnt
