@treso1171 True, but I think it's optics for two things. 1. On LaJohntay's side. Shows that if work hard you'll earn the"number." And 2. To JuJu that were committed to you, and want to open up your number now. It's a sign of commitment that while little is still there.

I trust Prime's talent ID, and if he thinks Juju is the one to replace Shedeur, then do what it takes to bring him in. But, I don't like how these recruitment sagas get played out in the public eye.

This dude Juju screams 'diva' & has been looking that way for months. He'd be a great fit at CU for that reason alone. I mean his dad & team are still talking to multiple schools according to On3. Indiana apparently feels great about him too. And this is after Juju said PUBLICLY multiple times that he was gon shut down his recruitment completely in Aug to just focus on his final season. I just think his priorities seem more about NIL, clout, branding.

Yes, I agree, @ this point, I think the commit is being elongated, and being played for all the Hype, Eyeballs, Interviews, Sponsors, NIL ----Footage- Everybody can benefit from. Heck, CP and the Buffs excitingly--- with [ intentional ] " Perfect Timing," Vacates the #10 Jersey -- scripting the expectation ---It's a done deal---- # 10 about to get a new Tenant....yeah, quiet a Production All of it has become...and Fans are loving it. Great escapism from a hectic world. I am really surprised that somebody has put images of #77, #10 + some of the already committed together with the question " Is this what All American Team Looks Like. " Great entertain BWBs.

Nope, because 10 is available at the end of the season as he goes to the league. Wester wore 1 at his last place, and clearly wanted it, but due to last year's mishandling of the number (cormani) things had to change. Taking into account Coaches mentality of "earning things" it makes sense. It just fits.

Let’s be real-after his fourth visit to Colorado, where he got to feel the electricity of a sold-out Folsom Field, that Buffs flip is practically written in the stars. If I were Coach Prime, that photo of Shedeur handing the keys to JuJu would’ve been a no-go. Some things should be kept *coveted* until you **SIGN** on the dotted line. I’d limit recruits to mock t-shirt jerseys until they commit *and* sign, then have Smitty design a special Louis Vuitton jersey exclusively for signees. You gotta create FOMO and prestige, especially when a program is still finding its identity. 🔑💯

We do need him, although stars don't matter for skills. High Rated players want to play with other high rated players. Its hard to recruit kids when they don't see potential of winning with the QB. Its just how it is. The QB is important. The next 3-4 years is important after Shedeur get drafted leave.
