Ona Speedway Legends Car Crash Flip 10/22/22

Nice video! I won the Legends Valley Shootout in Ona, I think it was September, 1996. I got tangled with David Jude a few laps into the race while going for the lead and he spun to the infield. A couple of months later, at Charlotte, I met Jude again, along with Chris Kline but this time it was at a club close to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Jude swiftly approached me and introduced my nose to his fist! 🤣I was saddened to hear about the loss of those two a couple of years ago. I will never forget that cold night in Ona or the night a WV boy broke my nose. I hope you success in your racing!

Crazy story! Legends Valley Shootout? Never heard of a such event in the past. I wish the track was as big as it was in the 1990s. Would have been awesome to see! The current state is great for our area though and we still draw about 20-25 legends across both classes. Thank you!
