My favorite swiss tart is the "Zürcher Pfarrhaustorte". And "Cordon Bleu" is the only way to improve a "Wiener Schnitzel". I love this dish made from veal, but the variation with chicken is also very delicious.

Lindt is not the greatest swiss choclate by far just has produce with a great marketing, saffron risotto that you presented is a dish call osso buco Milanese, braised veal shank Milan style. Come on you can do better even from the us
