I like the way you cleaned everything up and painted. I like to do the same. Really nice lettering too. I also looked around your shop and I saw several completed projects. Thanks for taking the time to share all this info.

Your one mighty fine mechanic, thanks so much for sharing your talent. I'm going to pick up a 305cck from a cabin 220 miles away tomorrow and begin my journey on coaxing some life back into my reptile generator. Its a 240 volt genset for running the cabin and its deep well pump. Never seen it run before so wish me luck. Leo in Whitefish, Montana

Got one of these, seized. Both cylinders full of water, sat outside with exhaust ports wide open. I got it busted loose, has horrible pitting in the cylinders. Wiped everything out, spun the valves in their seats to knock the junk off. It somehow has compression so im gonna try and start it as soon as my new points come in. I dont know what i was thinking but i threw 12v into the points assembly and it smoked the little spring on the points arm lol

Sounds like a fun project. Sometimes they surprise you and work ok even though they look bad. Good luck. Thanks for watching.

It's an old Duplicolor Touch up gun. It's very simple like the fly spray. Easy to clean and works every time. Thanks for watching

I picked up this generator's slightly bigger sister and seeing what you did was a big help! No one else showed what they did to wire up the breaker and outlets. If you feel like showing if the wiring connections, that would be awesome! I plan to do a setup very similar to yours.

The generator output goes to the in put of the breaker (line in ). Output of breaker goes the the outlets. If your generator has a breaker then you don't need the the breaker box. Just add the outlets. Make sure to use the correct size wire and breaker to protect the generator and what ever your powering. Thanks for watching and good luck.

@@kevincrawford2027 Thanks! That's what I thought. Mine does not have a breaker, so I'll add it in. Did you replace the wires coming up from the generator so they would be a heavier duty gauge or did you leave them? Thank you!

@@BenedictSawmilling You can run it like your breaker box on your house, but NOT to your breaker box on the house. Never do that.
