Onan 5500 36 fault code. Fuel Pump Replacement

Cummins Onan 5500 Generator giving the fail code 36.
Replaced the Fuel pump and problem solved.
brand new generator would only run for about 10 minutes then shut off giving a 36 fault code.
Also felt very hot like it was overheating. once the Fuel Pump was replaced all the problems went away. I have over 100 hours on it now after replacing the Fuel Pump and it haas yet to act up!
