Honey and a little lemon 1 tps. Apple cider vinegar and sugar to taste it will help you one of my granny's recipes. Drink alot for a couple days and so on.

And for cough, mix raw chopped onion with honey. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and drink the juice that is released. Make this mix everyday. You can also add a clove of garlic.

aloha Brady!! you did way too much and very well for someone who felt like "death warmed over". i felt so bad for you. Annie and i took the bus to dollar general for cheap food. not my kind of food, but we'll stretch it for a week. Annie was spayed last week. she is 5 yrs. what a "fun" week!!! NOT!! it was stressful for both of us. she felt like crap and ached and was grouchy...sorta like people feel. on the upswing. weather is getting warmer...not so thrilled about that. you keep getting better! Shopping is always upsetting with the prices now but even worse when sick. I have been avoiding the stores and using things at home but we are out of so many things and scrapping the bottom of the freezer. I was attempting to defrost the freezer but also I haven’t seen any meat sales. We already cut out so many things to save money that I don’t know if there are any more things to cut to stay in budget. Sadly I don’t think you can keep a budget without cutting things out.

The next time you have a cough, mix chopped raw onion with honey. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and the next day, drink the liquid that it's released. Discard the onion and start again until you're done with your cough.

I’m sorry you’re sick, but you don’t really look that bad you don’t sound well, but you’re a beautiful skin even with no make up. I have to force myself I’ve been slipping into really bad habits with binge eating so I have to limit the amount of snacks I buy, but I’m definitely more of a savory person, there isn’t a chip I don’t like but I’ve been trying to substitute with popcorn, which I do love so it does work don’t worry about what other people think it’s too many problems in the world and worried about what people think about what food you buy the satisfy your family just silly
