Honestly, im not sure! I think it was a reward for some POI or deviant chest, but i have no idea which one since i didnt lay attention to it since i thought it was garbage for like 2 weeks after i got it 😂😂

@@CobraSniper1331I just stumbled on it's activation and made one with crafting. I needed the lights also to Boost the Deviants inside the containers.
