Wait, some servers don't have the full skill tree? I joined during CBT3 and I can't go all the way down on my Memetics. In the first tree, everything after chainsaws is blocked out.

The servers have a soft-lock that unlocks as the day goes by. When you look at your server it should say what Day it is on (in server select). They've been adding more servers as the Beta goes on. Once Human makes it so that you can just blitz all the way through the game and that also means people won't get left too far behind. If your memetics tree isn't unlocked all the way down, it should gradually unlock each day.
