Once Human: Starter Base - A Frame House (Build Guide)

A starter base I made in once human after looking around at other houses close to me, I wanted to make something a little unique for the area I was in, but also small enough so that I could build it pretty quickly. so I made a small A frame house, a go to of mine because they are easy to make and look good, I hope you all enjoy the video as always, and thank you for watching.

Is this before taking the territory upgrade meme node? Also any chance you are starting a hive?! Mobile hive bases on a flatbed are a thing! Would totally join, especially cuz you can share unique recipes from specializations and shop purchases. I totally bought the sunroom cuz I refused to not replicate the cool glass wall from the Icarus mansion lol

@@DonHiles yeah this is before taking the territory node, I am planning on holding back taking it for a while so that I can make some early game builds, but I have wrote down that it is 8 x 8 for the basic zone so that I can do some later as well, and I am mostly going to be playing solo / duo for now, and I am kinda tempted by some of the shop items, the glass looks really nice from some videos that I have seen.

Thanks! the game is pretty forgiving for the most part at least in the early game shooting wise, a large amount of the game does appear to be exploration and combat though so take that into account when deciding if you wanna play it. If you do try it out I hope you enjoy it!

Amazing starter base, can you expand on this design please ? Ive unlocked more things and dont no where to put them but the design is amazing

I am not sure how I would expand on it. because I now like having water purification systems and other things that require a second or third floor, an A frame style house doesn't support those things very well. I will try and think of a way to expand it though, and if I come up with something I feel is a good solution i'll make a video on it.

Love your videos please keep them coming! Once Human is a great game, I hope you’ll continue making builds for it? Will you also include some of the shop items in your builds like the glass accessories in the future?

I might, it depends on how well the initial videos do, if they do well I would probably grab the shop items to keep making content for everyone. but my focus would probably be on things everyone has access to. with some special builds thrown in here and there.

Yeaaaaaasssss. So happy to see you getting in on this one. Very interested to see how you may handle the workshop/living vs the Stardust resonator base. I used the Icarus stone mansion as a basis for a build, and thinking about moving it to back of my territory and trying a resonator defense smaller base in front. Did you know you can share blueprints in this game?! Think it's a toggle so that if you are friends with a person they can grant you that ability to record a building as a blueprint!

I did see the blueprint system and Its pretty good imo, I heard you can save peoples bases you find around the world as well. which is kinda interesting.

it would translate pretty well into once human lol, apart from the railings on the staircase, I tried making a second starter base yesterday for once human but it felt off due to the lack of railings. Im glad you like the pyramid build enough to make it in a second game :D I hope it looks good and works well.
