For the pure water, run a pipe line from the water tank to the brewing barrel. Only thing you need to add manually is the impure acid.

So what’s the strategy then? I’m in phase one and don’t have access to a lot of this yet. I’m on the northwest island and have access to land and water, in a polluted zone, with oil in the water and on land. So I can get crude oil and polluted water on land , and from the ocean I’m getting dirty water, purified water (going through a water filter), polluted water, crude oil AND impure acid! It’s crazy… however, I don’t know the strategy here for maximizing my gains. Phase one should I just focus on farming as much oil as possible? But if I do that I lose out on the passive impure acid I’m getting from the ocean. Just not sure how to do this and what to focus as each phase comes along.

honestly you need wayyyyy more acid than you do oil throughout the game so i would focus on getting as much of that as possible imo

Why not connect the purifiers to your storage tanks so that you won't manually place the polluted water and have it running overnight?

doesn't matter now anyways i logged in to find a new chaosweaver spawn had totally destroyed my base 🤣 when i rebuild i'll make it automatic :)
