I always thought Portis was a gamer. He left it all on the field. One thing I will always remember at a Redskins game: Portis busted a big run and after the play, he gave each of his offensive linemen a head-butt. They never showed that on TV, but we all saw it. Clinton Portis is probably one of the best men and role models I grew up with! He honestly probably did the best thing for his body and longevity by retiring at 30. Running backs shelf life is so short to be able to walk away healthy is the biggest blessing. Especially as much as I used to truck stick people In Madden with him! ;) Even if he is never enshrined in Canton, definitely in my hall of Fame!

Remember, Taylor had the ability to play both FREE, and STRONG SAFETY, which require different skill sets.. Cam was a TRUE STRONG SAFETY.. 1 of the best at that spot, just not as versatile as Taylor. Plus, he had arguably just as good a Safety in Earl Thomas to complete a dynamic duo👍

I wore 21 because of him. Idkbifbyall remember but before their was a billion youtube videos. Their were two specific ones of 21 that i remember. One had Notorious thugs playing and the other had a song called hoe sit down. Like if you remember those. RIP

Washington as franchise has never wholly recovered & moved on after Sean Taylor tragedy. Redskins, Football Team, Commanders fans still mourn Sean & what could have been.
