dalevintage I'd like her to be like the Elphaba in the novel Wicked. Imagine Oz as a totalitarian government that uses the strangeness of an activist to demonize her and present her as a terrorist. She goes into hiding and keep her principles but when they kill her lover, something snaps and she decides that she must stop playing nice if she wants to take the Wizard down.

In the episode where his backstory and brother is revealed, he is shown in a sort of an 18th century European navy garb (think pirates of the Caribbean) The question then would be, how did he get pulled back into the Enchanted forest with the second curse, and how did he get back afterwards?

FinnickAnnie MissSarahDonut6 brooksy83 Sarah Yackey Hook didn't lose his memories when he "crossed" the line to get to Gold in New York when Emma and Gold were searching for "Baelfire". So, I'm thinking he is some sort of exception to their rule. Could it be because Cora protected him from the original curse? Yet, since he was still lived in that land for long enough that he was transported back there? But he's able to leave (if they find a way out for someone) without being affected to get back to Emma. Also as for Neal ... total Captain Swan fan here. I don't think Neal would ever be "brave" enough to take on the journey or love Emma enough to take the risks. Although he's gotten better, I think the fact that he doesn't truly love Emma like Hook does is one reason that Neal wouldn't take the journey. Just my two cents worth. {winks} March 9th can't come too soon. I really want to see what happens next for our Captain Swan, how they incorporate Ginnifer Goodwin's RL pregnancy and who is the pair that is going to be married at the end of the season that has been hinted at happening.

A lot of people are complaining about 3 month break, but think of it this way, when it comes back there is no "3 week from tonight" or "2 weeks from tonight" it will be back to back right to the end of the season.

Guys calm down! The reason for the return in March is for the writers to basically catch up and take a breather. Anyone that writes knows a break is needed- especially if the story is as crazy as this tale. Plenty of shows in the past/present have done this. And I highly doubt Rumple is out for the count- we'll see him again. :) Have some faith, trust and pixie dust guys!

In the scene where Dr. Whale asks "What did this to him?", you can see Robin Hood in the background, so that implies that EVERYONE in the Enchanted Forest is sent back to Storybrooke, not just the ones that were sent the first time by the Dark Curse!!!! Also, what is the Wicked Witch of the West doing in the Dark Palace (Regina's palace in the Enchanted Forest)? I can't wait for the new episodes!!!!! I want Rumple back!!!!!

Whoa everybody, stop stressing out (so much). let me try to ease some of your pain. Ok so first off they still have their memories in the Enchanted forest because of Regina's counter curse. It was able to keep their memories but it wasn't enough to keep them from going back to the enchanted forest. Its an alteration of Pan's curse because it was too late to stop it. Next, Hook is in NY and the EF because they are showing two different time periods, one right when the curse hits, and a year later when hook has found his way to emma. so he has had a year to find another portal or something back to this world. Now about them being in storybrooke? this part I cant really explain cuz I don't just know, but somehow within this one year the wicked which (I guess) sent them there with another curse and for some reason she allowed them to have their memories.(what's her motive?!) And I don't know how hook escaped the curse....(im guessing that the witches curse keeps them trapped in storybrook and also that hook might not have been caught in it.) and if you want more theories then go to fanfiction, i'm just trying to list more factual things that people might have missed. hope I have relieved some of your stress.

It was widely advertised before the beginning of season three that it would be split into two separate seasons 11 episodes each so there wouldn't be so many interruptions with a long hiatus. In between

To everyone complaining about the long wait till March, they did this for us. Last year, everyone complained because OUAT kept getting preempted and/or they would reruns in between new episodes. They changed it this year so we would get 11 episodes almost continuously in the fall and 11 episodes almost continuously in the spring. They can't start the spring episodes in January because ABC hosts big events then, like the Oscars and the Super Bowl. They did it purposely this way...I get that you want new episodes now but they were trying to respond to fan concerns from last year and most shows don't switch around their entire schedules to do that.

Season 3B and the rest ruined the whole show. I mean season 3b was watchable but since season 4 the show is trash. Season 1-3B was amazing. Especially season 2 and Cora was the scariest and biggest villain the show ever had. Why did she died or became good in season 5. Or why did the authors undid the fact that rumple died with honor. He came back as a man who always chooses power over love. And the only couple 2 couples which make sense for emma are Swanfire and Swanqueen. Captain swan was just created out of nowhere 🙄🙄

At this point I'm not even bothering to try and figure out the bits with Storybrooke, its impossible to know 100% what that is. I don't think the people who went back to the Enchanted Forest lost their memories, just Emma and Henry. I really can't see them killing off Rumple permanently either, his character is just too popular. Although I admit the writers have left some plot holes (like certain characters not from E.F. getting pulled into S.B.) I think they'll try to clear up the glaringly big ones. Lastly, come on people!!! Of ALL the possible people to show up on Emma's doorstep why do you think they chose Hook?! My guess (and hope) is two words. True Love :)

I think that the OUAT writers messed up in 3x11. Henry would have to stay because he was not born in the enchanted forest. Emma stayed with him because she was the savior and could break any curse and they didn't want to leave Henry alone, but guess who else was also not born in the enchanted forest? Hook! He was in the British navy! He should have gone with Emma and Henry!

It has never been confirmed that Hook comes from our world. There's no such things as pegasus that can make ship fly, so he probably comes from either the enchanted forest of from another realm. And anyway, he see him in FTL along with everyone else in 3x12 so that confirms it

You're quite right. But Oscars and Super Bowl isn't European and we probably have to wait even longer before they show it here (in the Netherlands). But I think the three months will do a lot for the show, keep everyone curious and give us time to watch the first 2,5 seasons again so we can figure out the new one!

I completely agree that Rumple can't be gone. If the "Dark One" could be killed by his own dagger than the one before Rumplestiltskin wouldn't have had to "trick" Rumple in to killing him because he couldn't kill himself. I'm just hoping that they stick with that reasoning and that it means Rumplestiltskin is still there. I ways pictured it as the dagger shot the magic through them both, but the Dark One can't be killed by his own dagger ... it opened a portal of some sort. Just my thoughts. Gottolovekagome12 I also think that the hiatus is to help with Ginnifer Goodwin's RL pregnancy.
