7:31 From the US release the cuts were: - All the scenes in the Inn (where Cheyenne first appears) - A scene where Morton and Frank discuss about Jill at the Navajo cliffs - Cheyenne's death - Morton's death scene is shorter As a fun fact Lionel Stander, who plays the Inn's bartender, still appears in the title credits even if he doesn't appear in the US release Another trivia, it existed for a brief time a 175 minutes long Director's cut home video release but the added scenes where just extended shots of already existing scenes (it was done with the approval of Leone's estate, but probably if Leone was still alive he wouldn't did it) , and it isn't officially available anymore since in 2007 the original theatrical cut has been remastered and re-released, replacing the DC.

The cinematography in this is freaking gorgeous. Modern movies could probably take a lesson.

“People scare better when they’re dying.” Henry Fonda played a very good villain.

Okay, seriously. this is one of the greatest movies ever made. But this is THE greatest movie soundtrack score of them all. Morricone's finest work.

Morricone`s best work is not very clear, Once upon a time in America has a beautiful sountrack too.

I have never seen this movie, but it looks amazing.
This is the movie that changed Henry Fonda image from going from that guy from 12 angry men to killing three children 11 years later really shocked people

In the opening train scene Sergio Leone planned to have Eli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef, and Clint Eastwood to play as the three antagonists. Wallach and Cleef agreed, but Eastwood turned it down.

See, the funny thing is that I can't really think about whether a movie is good or bad without stressing myself out. Like with Anaconda 3: Offspring (2008) and A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), I like and enjoy both of those movies. But that doesn't matter, basically because they're both bad and flawed, and I'm smart enough to know that.
